The Website Building Process

Here is the process for developing your site.

1. You tell us about your vision and what you are trying to say with your site.

2. We offer you a quote based on the services you want.

3. You pay us a 50% deposit and the work begins.

4. We take your text and images and review the materials, edit content, and run photos through Photoshop for clean up and fast loading.

5. We choose a template based on your vision and color scheme.

6. We build your home page and run it by you for approval.

7. We make changes to the home page, then build the other pages in the same format.

8. Review of all pages is done. Any changes made to existing content is billed at $80 per hour in $20 increments of 15 minutes (change layout, change photos, change colors, change headers - no charge for text edits).

9. We buy or move your domain to the hosting server and pay for one year hosting.

10. We send you the final bill.

11. You pay for the completion of your site, and we turn over the site to you, with your own user name and password so you can edit the site from any browser, anywhere you are, which instantly updates to your website.

12. We're here for you when ever you need us.
